Death date and poem were on the cemetery stone.Could have been born in Hopkinton R.I. where Gardner was born. I have a copy of her death certificate

She died in 1883 and her husband had died in 1879. ----------------------------------------------------------------- From ELDER JOHN CRANDALL OF RHODE ISLAND AND HIS DESCENDANTS Demaris Crandall of Portsville and Brookfield N.Y. daughter of Augustus and Charlotte Babcock Crendall born in Hopkinton R.I. or Brookfield N.Y. on 18 May 1808 Married on 22 Sepr 1827 to Gardner Coon who was born in Hopkinton, R.I. on 22 June 1898, he was the son of David Coon of Brookfield, N.Y.
