Dear Graduate,

The 2009 College of Pharmacy Graduation Banquet is scheduled for Friday,
May 8th.  An official invitation will be sent to you inviting you and a guest to be guests of the College of Pharmacy at the Graduation Banquet which will be held at the Holiday Inn Pocatello – 1399 Bench Road beginning with a Social Hour at 6:00 PM and Dinner at 6:30 PM.  If you would like to bring additional guests, there will be a charge of $17.00 per person (payable to the College of Pharmacy).  Dinner selections are:

Roast Barron of Beef
Salmon Steak Filet
Vegetarian Lasagna

Please RSVP with the number of guests you will be bringing and your dinner preferences by May 1st to Rae at 208-282-3475 or rae@pharmacy.isu.edu.  Seating is limited. 

During the awards portion of the Graduation Banquet, each Doctor of Pharmacy graduate is called forward to receive from the Dean a personalized copy of the “Oath of the Pharmacist”.  If you have a pharmacist in your family and would like them to present the oath to you, please contact the College so we can be sure to include them in our list of presenters.  At the conclusion of the evening, Doctor of Pharmacy students will stand and as a group take the Oath of a Pharmacist.  

Most graduates attend the banquet with friends and family.  For many, this opportunity of reuniting with friends is a very memorable experience. We look forward to sharing this highlight of your pharmacy career with you.  If you have questions, please call the office at 208-282-3475.
